| Egg Salad 6 finely chopped hard boiled eggs 1/4 c. diced sweet pickles or pickle relish (optional) 1/2 c. Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip 2 tsp. Prepared mustard salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve on any type of bread you like or on toast. Variations: Add a little grated onion or finely chopped celery.
