| Tuna Cheese Melts 2 cans (6 1/2 oz) tuna, drained 2 T grated onion 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish 1/4 cup mayo or salad dressing salt and pepper 8 slices bread 8 slices cheese Mix together the tuna, onion, relish, salad dressing and salt and pepper. Toast the bread and spread the tuna mixture on each piece. Top each with a piece of cheese and place on a baking or broiler pan. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes until browned. Watch closely!
