| Ambrosia 1 lg. can fruit cocktail (or tropical fruit cocktail), drained 1 can mandarin oranges, drained 1 can pineapple chunks, drained 1 small jar marachino cherries, drained and patted dry 1/2 cup flaked coconut 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional) 1 cup miniature marshmallows Honey Dressing (recipe below) Combine all ingredients. Toss with enough dressing to liberally coat everything. Chill. Honey Dressing 1/2 cup sour cream 1 T honey 1/4 cup whipped cream (or cool whip) Mix sour cream and honey. Fold in whipped cream. |
