| Honey Orange Glazed Chicken Wings chicken wings, cut up 2 cups orange juice 2 T. honey hot sauce (optional) 1 T. butter Preheat the oven to 425. Spray a sheet pan large enough to fit the wings without overcrowding, otherwise use two sheet pans. Arrange the wings on the pans and bake 30 to 45 minutes until cooked through. In the meantime, combine the orange juice, honey and hot sauce if you’re using it. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook until reduced by half. It should be syrupy. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter. As soon as the wings are out of the oven, put them in a bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss them around in the sauce and put them in a baking dish. Return to the oven to keep warm until ready to serve. They’re best if allowed to stay in the warm oven for a while. |
