Chocolate Fondue

1 pound chocolate
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 ounces Grand Marnier

Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Place in a fondue pot. Turn the pot setting to medium or 5. In a saucepan, heat the cream and Grand Marnier. When the cream comes to a simmer, remove from the heat and pour over the chocolate. Whisk until smooth.

Serve with an assortment of dippers or just one or two.

Some suggestions:
pound cake, cubed, angel food cake, cubed, strawberries, sliced bananas, coconut macaroons or marshmallows.

If you don’t have fondue forks, use wooden skewers.
