| Hot Chipped Beef Dip 2 pkg. chipped beef, shredded 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 2 T milk 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 T grated onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional) If you want to use nuts, toast them in a small skillet in 2 tablespoons butter. Use half in the dip and sprinkle the other half on top of the dip just before serving. Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients well. Put in a small casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes. Transfer to a fondue pot or mini crock pot to keep warm, if desired. Serve with crudités, crackers or bread cubes. |
