| Beanie Weenie Soup 2 T butter 1 medium onion, chopped 3 carrots, diced 1 (28 ounce) can pork and beans 6 hot dogs, sliced 1 (12 ounce) can V8 vegetable juice 1 T brown sugar 1 T Dijon mustard Melt butter in a large saucepan. Saute onions and carrots in the butter until onions are tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook until carrots are tender. Serves 4 To cook in a Crock Pot: Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. |
