| Tuna Noodle Casserole 1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup or cheddar cheese soup 1/2 cup milk 1 cup frozen peas 1 small jar chopped pimentos, or 2 T (optional) 2 cans (about 6 oz. each) tuna, drained and flaked 1 8 oz pkg medium egg noodles 1 cup crushed potato chips or French fried onions Preheat oven to 400 Cook the noodles according to package directions, drain. Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish Mix the soup, milk, peas, pimentos, and tuna. Put into the casserole dish ,stir in the cooked noodles, top with potato chips and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. |
