| Coconut Shrimp 1 lb peeled deveined shrimp 1 ½ cups self rising flour 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk 1 pkg. flaked coconut oil for deep frying Mix 1 cup of the flour with the coconut milk. Set aside. Put remaining ½ cup flour in separate bowl. Coat the shrimp in the flour, dip in the batter, roll in the coconut and deep fry until golden brown. |
