| Cranberry Orange Glaze for Poultry or Pork 3/4 cup orange marmalade 3/4 cup cranberry Sauce 3 T maple syrup 1 1/2 T balsamic vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt Combine in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook until reduced to about 1 cup. Apply glaze to chicken, turkey or roast pork toward the end of the cooking time and again before slicing or serving. |
