1/2 cup butter 3 egg yolks 1 T lemon juice 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper In small saucepan over low heat melt butter. In a blender at medium speed, blend egg yolks, lemon juice and ground red pepper. Turn blender to low speed, remove center of cover (or cover) and very slowly pour melted butter into mixture. Continue blending until well mixed. |
