| Fat Free Italian Dressing 1/2 cup white vinegar 1/2 cup water 2 tsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder pinch red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp dried basil 1 tsp. honey, or to taste In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water and cornstarch. Bring to a boil, cook until clear and thickened, about 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients, pour into a clean jar and let come to room temperature. Refrigeate, preferably overnight. Makes 1 cup |
