1 lb. ground turkey 1 egg 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 small onion, grated 1/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsly chopped 1 cup stove top chicken stuffing 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper 1 can or jar of turkey gravy Coarse grind the stuffing mix in a food processor or place in a zip lock bag and crush with a rolling pin. Combine all ingredients except gravy in a large bowl. Mix well with your hands. Form into a loaf shape, place in a greased (or sprayed) 9 x 9 baking pan and refrigerate 1 hour. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. Remove from the oven. Spoon turkey gravy over the top. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve remaining gravy on the side. |
