| Easy Turkey Divan 1 pkg. egg noodles 1 20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli 3 cups leftover cooked turkey, cubed 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup chicken broth 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions, drain. In a bowl, mix the 2 soups, broth and mayonnaise together. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with some of the soup mixture. Layer the noodles, then the broccoli, then the turkey. Pour the remaining soup mixture evenly and top with the shredded cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese starts to brown. |
