Barbecue Pork Roast
Great for Pulled Pork Sandwiches

1 - 2 to 3 pound pork roast
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinigar
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons worcestershire
1 teaspoon  liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Salt and pepper the pork roast and place it in a slow cooker
Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.  Pour over the roast and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
If using for Pulled Pork Sandwiches, remove the meat and let rest until cool enough to handle, then shred the meat with 2 forks or your hands and return to the sauce in the crock pot to reheat and keep warm.

This recipe can also be used for beef and chicken.
