Use dried herbs for this and store in an airtight container. Basil Oregano Marjoram Thyme Rosemary Parsley Use equal measurements of each ingredient. Make as much or as little as you like. One tablespoon of each of the above would make about 1/3 cup. Use just as you would the store bought Italian Seasoning. Optionally you can also add some dried Savory, Sage and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (go easy on the pepper flakes!). Play around with it to see what you like. |
