1 T brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Mix all ingredients thouroughly. Place meat in a large zip lock bag, add the rub and seal bag, removing all air. Rub the seasonings into the meat and place the bag into a container and refrigerate overnight, turning the bag and rubbing the seasonings into the meat occasionally if desired. Makes enough for one or two racks of ribs. |
