| Peaches & Cream Delite 4 oz. low fat cream cheese, at room temperature 1 sm. pkg. peach sugar free jello 1 can sliced peaches in lite syrup Stir the cream cheese in a bowl to loosen it up. Sprinkle the jello over the cream cheese. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Pour the boiling water over the cheese and jello and stir until the jello is dissolved and the cheese is melted. Drain the peaches into a measuring cup, set the peaches aside. Add enough cold water to the peach syrup to make one cup. Add to the jello, cream cheese mixture and stir. Refrigerate until partially set, then stir in the reserved peaches. Return to the refrigerator to set completely. |
