| Layered Pistachio Dessert 1 cup flour 2 T sugar 1/2 cup butter, melted 3/4 cup chopped pecans 8 ounces cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup cool whip 2 packages pistachio pudding 3 cups milk Cool Whip Chopped nuts Mix flour, sugar, butter and pecans together and pat into a 9x13 pan and bake 15 minutes at 350. Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip. Spread over cooled crust and chill. Mix together the pudding and the milk. Pour over the other 2 layers and chill again. Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts before serving. |
