| Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix 10 3/4 cups dry milk 3 3/4 cups Nestles Quik 1 cup dry non-dairy coffee creamer 1/2 cup powdered sugar Mix all the ingredients and store in a tightly covered container. To use: Combine 1/3 cup mix with 1 cup boiling water. Recipe makes 16 cups of mix. Mix makes 48 cups of hot chocolate. If giving as gifts, put in airtight glass jars or canisters with a recipe card attached with the directions for use. |
