Fuzzy Navel Jell-O Shots

1 (6 ounce) box orange gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 cups peach schnapps

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir until well blended. Add peach schnapps. Stir and pour into 1 ounce plastic or paper cups. Chill until set.

Or, for a more creative serving idea:
Cut oranges in half. Use a sharp paring knife or a grapefruit spoon to cut around the edges between the rind and inner skin. Remove the fruit, leaving just the rind of half an orange. Cut off a small piece from the bottom of each orange half to ensure it sits upright without rolling around. Fill the halves with gelatin shot mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Cut orange halves into thirds.
