Porcupine Meatballs

1 lb. ground chuck
1 cup minute rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 egg, lightly beaten
pepper to taste
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup beef broth
1 - 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl, combine the ground chuck, rice, soup mix, egg, pepper, parmesan cheese and the 1/2 cup beef broth.  Mix well. Form into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. 
Mix together the tomato sauce, 1 cup beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.  Pour over the meatballs and cover with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes.  Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.

Serve with a vegetable and/or a salad and garlic bread for sopping up the sauce.
