| Spinach Artichoke Dip 1 - 10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach, thawed, drained 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix 2 T. grated onion 1 round loaf of crusty bread Squeeze excess water out of the spinach in a kitchen towel. Mix all the ingredients except the bread. Slice the top off the loaf of bread. Scoop out the center of the bread leaving 1 inch thick around the sides. Pour the dip into the bread bowl, put the “lid” on and wrap in foil. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes until warmed through. Cut up the bread that was removed from the center of the loaf to use for dipping. Also serve crackers and crudités along side. |
