| Ham and Pineapple Rollups 6 flour tortillas 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 4 ounces crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.) 6 ounces thinly sliced ham Combine cream cheese, pineapple, and nuts and mix well. Wrap tortillas in a paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds or so to make more pliable. Spread 1/6 of the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla, top with 1/6 of the ham. Tightly roll each tortilla and slice into 6 pieces and serve. Rolls can be wrapped in plastic wrap unsliced and stored in the refrigerator before serving. Serves: 12 |
